Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or in any way using the bet8 platform (accessible at bet8.im and any associated subdomains, applications, or services), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with bet8's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "the Player", "you", or "your") and bet8 (hereinafter "bet8", "we", "us", or "the Platform"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the bet8 platform and close your account if one has already been created.

bet8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this document periodically. Continued use of the bet8 platform following the publication of any revised Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those changes. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Eligibility & Registration

The bet8 platform is strictly available to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the platform:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. bet8 operates an 18+ only policy without exception. Players found to be under 18 years of age will have their accounts immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and any deposits returned at the discretion of bet8.
• Legal capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. Individuals under guardianship or those who have been legally declared incapable of managing their own affairs are not permitted to register.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order placed on your own bet8 account or any other responsible gaming registry to which bet8 is a participating member.
• Accurate information: All registration details you provide — including full name, date of birth, country of residence, and contact information — must be truthful, accurate, and kept up to date. Providing false information at registration is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
• One account only: Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active bet8 account. Creating duplicate, secondary, or shared accounts constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances.
• Not an employee: Employees, contractors, consultants, agents, and immediate family members of bet8 or its affiliated companies, technology partners, and game suppliers are not permitted to register as players.

By completing the bet8 registration process, you represent and warrant that you satisfy all of the above eligibility requirements. bet8 may request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested verification documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.

Account Management

Your bet8 account is personal to you and must not be shared, transferred, sold, or otherwise made available to any third party. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials, regardless of whether that activity was authorised by you.

1. Account security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bet8 username and password. You must use a strong, unique password and must not reuse credentials from other websites or services. bet8 recommends enabling any available two-factor authentication features on your account.
2. Unauthorised access: If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bet8 immediately by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. bet8 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where the Player failed to take reasonable steps to secure their credentials.
3. Account currency: All bet8 accounts for players based in Bangladesh are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). All displayed balances, deposit amounts, withdrawal amounts, bonus values, and wagering requirements are expressed in BDT unless explicitly stated otherwise.
4. Inactive accounts: An account is considered inactive if no login or financial transaction has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. bet8 may apply an inactivity fee of ৳200 per month to inactive accounts after this threshold is reached. Players will be notified by email before any inactivity fee is applied. The full account balance will never be reduced below zero as a result of inactivity fees.
5. Account verification (KYC): bet8 operates a Know Your Customer process in line with international anti-money laundering standards. Players may be required to submit identity verification documents before processing withdrawal requests, upon reaching certain cumulative deposit thresholds, or at any point where bet8 deems verification necessary for security or compliance purposes.
6. Closing your account: You may request to close your bet8 account at any time by contacting the support team. Any pending bets will be settled according to their natural outcome. Once all pending transactions are resolved, your remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to standard verification requirements.

Deposits & Withdrawals

bet8 supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods specifically selected to serve players across Bangladesh. Accepted methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, SureCash, Tap, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

• Minimum deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits below this threshold will be declined automatically and returned to the originating payment method.
• Minimum withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed until the account balance reaches the minimum.
• Processing times: Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to the player's bet8 account within 60 seconds of a successful transaction confirmation. Withdrawal processing times vary by method; mobile wallet withdrawals are generally completed within a few hours under normal operating conditions, subject to KYC verification status.
• Own payment methods only: You may only deposit from and withdraw to payment methods that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Any funds received from a third-party payment method will be returned and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.
• No withdrawal fees: bet8 does not charge players any fee for standard withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside bet8's control.
• Withdrawal holds: Withdrawals may be subject to a review period in cases where a large winning has been achieved, where unusual account activity has been flagged, or where KYC verification is pending. bet8 will communicate any such hold to the player promptly and will aim to resolve it within 72 hours.
• Bonus-linked funds: Funds derived from bonuses may be subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. Full details are set out in Section 5 of these Terms & Conditions.

Bonuses & Promotions

bet8 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the general conditions set out in this section, as well as any specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer. In the event of any conflict between the general bonus terms and the terms of a specific promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

1. Wagering requirements: Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, all bonus funds awarded by bet8 are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion's terms. For example, a bonus of ৳1,000 with a 30x wagering requirement must be wagered a total of ৳30,000 before any bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable.
2. Eligible games: Not all games on the bet8 platform contribute equally — or at all — to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate or may be excluded entirely. The contribution rates for each game category will be listed in the relevant promotion's terms.
3. Bonus expiry: All bonuses and associated free spins carry an expiry date from the point of award. Bonus funds and free-spin winnings that have not been used or wagered through by the expiry date will be forfeited automatically. No extensions will be granted except at bet8's sole discretion in exceptional circumstances.
4. One bonus per transaction: Players may not combine multiple bonuses on a single deposit unless the promotion explicitly permits stacking. Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
5. Bet size restrictions: While a player has an active bonus balance, maximum bet sizes per spin or per wager may apply. The applicable maximum bet will be stated in the promotion terms. Placing bets that exceed the maximum permitted stake while a bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
6. Abuse prevention: bet8 monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using low-variance game strategies to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, and exploiting promotional errors. Players found to be abusing bonuses will have their bonus funds and associated winnings removed and may have their accounts suspended.
7. Right to withdraw: bet8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice. Players with active bonus balances at the time of a promotion's withdrawal will have a reasonable period to meet the remaining wagering requirements before the bonus is cancelled.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the bet8 platform are final once confirmed by the system. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that all bet details — including selection, stake, market type, and odds — are correct before confirming a wager. bet8 does not accept requests to void or amend bets on the grounds of Player error after confirmation.

• Sportsbook: All sports betting markets — including BPL cricket, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, football, kabaddi, and any other markets offered — are subject to bet8's Sportsbook Rules, which are published separately and incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. In-play bets are accepted at bet8's discretion and may be suspended or restricted at any time during a live event.
• Casino games: All casino games — including live dealer tables (Evolution Gaming, Ezugi), video slots (NetEnt, Microgaming, Pragmatic Play), and crash games (Spribe Aviator and others) — operate using certified Random Number Generator technology provided by the respective game studio. Published Return to Player (RTP) figures are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual session.
• System errors: In the event of a technical error, software malfunction, or connectivity failure that affects a game or bet outcome, bet8 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet. Any credits issued in error as a result of a system malfunction are not valid for withdrawal and will be reclaimed.
• Odds and pricing: All sportsbook odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds at which the wager will be settled, regardless of subsequent price movements. bet8 may offer enhanced odds or price boosts on selected markets as part of promotional activities, subject to their individual terms.
• Maximum winnings: bet8 applies maximum payout limits per event, per day, and across specific game categories. These limits are published in the Sportsbook Rules and individual game information panels. Any winnings exceeding the applicable maximum payout cap will be reduced to that cap.
• Dispute resolution: In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet or game round, the bet8 system records shall be the definitive reference. Players may raise a dispute by contacting the support team within 30 days of the disputed event. Disputes raised after 30 days will not be considered.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bet8 platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

• Fraud and deception: Providing false personal information, using a stolen or third-party payment method, impersonating another individual, or misrepresenting your identity in any way is strictly forbidden and constitutes fraud.
• Money laundering: Using the bet8 platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds for the purpose of concealing their origin or converting them into clean currency is illegal and will be reported to the appropriate financial authorities.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market — including but not limited to chip dumping in poker, coordinated betting on peer-to-peer games, or pre-arranged match-fixing — is strictly prohibited.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, automated tools, or any software that interacts with the bet8 platform without direct human input is forbidden. Any account found to be using automated play tools will be immediately suspended.
• Exploitation of errors: Deliberately exploiting software errors, glitches, pricing mistakes, or system vulnerabilities to obtain funds, free play, or an unfair advantage is prohibited. Any gains derived from knowingly exploiting an error are not valid and will be reclaimed.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your bank or payment provider without first exhausting the dispute resolution process offered by bet8 constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in permanent account closure and the pursuit of the outstanding amount through legal channels.
• Harassment: Abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing conduct directed at bet8 support staff or other users of the platform — through any communication channel — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.

Account Suspension & Closure

bet8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The Player has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• The account has been involved in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• The Player has initiated an unjustified chargeback or payment dispute.
• The account is being operated on behalf of a third party.
• A responsible gaming self-exclusion request has been submitted by or on behalf of the Player.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance obligations require the account to be suspended or closed.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, bet8 will aim to complete the investigation and communicate its findings to the Player within 14 business days. During a suspension, the Player's balance will be held securely and will not be affected by any ongoing review process.

If an account is closed as a result of a breach of these Terms & Conditions, bet8 reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance as compensation for losses, costs, or damages arising from the breach. In cases where no breach has occurred and the closure is at the Player's own request, any remaining balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method after all pending bets are settled.
